Privacy and site notice

What this site does with your visit.

This notice describes the site as it operates today, including its separate real-estate inquiry and Dispatch signup forms. No advertising pixels or other on-page tracking tags are active.

Information collected here

The real-estate inquiry form is hosted by Google Forms. If you choose to submit it, you can provide a name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, inquiry interests, response preference, and question. Every field is optional. The form submission is stored by Google Forms, and a new-response notification goes to Live Todos Santos’s business inbox so the inquiry can be answered. It does not subscribe anyone to The Dispatch.

The Dispatch signup is a separate Google Form. It asks only for an email address and validates the format. Google Forms stores the submission. The form does not require Google sign-in, does not automatically collect a responder’s Google account email, and does not add real-estate inquiries to the list. The submitted email is used only to send The Dispatch. You can request removal through the contact page.

Do not submit sensitive personal or financial information through the form.

Hosting and traffic

The site uses Cloudflare for hosting, delivery, and security. Cloudflare receives technical request information needed to serve and protect the site, such as IP address, browser details, requested pages, and timing. Basic traffic measurement may also be provided through Cloudflare.

External services

Some photographs are delivered by Unsplash, Pexels, Wix-hosted image services, or the MLS image service used for property listings. Map pages use Leaflet library files from unpkg.com and map tiles from OpenStreetMap. The real-estate inquiry and Dispatch signup forms are hosted by Google Forms. Those services can receive ordinary request information when an image, library file, map tile, or form loads. Each external service applies its own privacy terms, including Google’s privacy policy for both forms.

General information only

The guides provide general information and first-hand perspective. They are not legal, tax, investment, title, medical, or safety advice. Laws, government procedures, costs, property availability, market conditions, and local services can change.

For a property decision, use independent qualified professionals, including a Mexican attorney, the transaction's notario, tax advice appropriate to your residency, and current inspections and title work. Confirm material facts in writing before committing funds.
